Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a BSA/AML Case Analyst in New York. You will conduct mid‑risk and continuation case investigations, write SARs, and escalate high‑risk activity.

You will collaborate with Retail Banking, Fraud, Legal, and Compliance teams to gather evidence and ensure proper disposition of cases. You will stay current on regulatory developments, assist in 314(a)/(b) requests, and train junior staff, while supporting a comprehensive BSA/AML program and a flexible work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in BSA/AML, law enforcement, fraud, or financial crime.
• At least 1 year of SAR writing experience.
• CAMS certification within 6 months or eligible to apply.
• Verafin and Fiserv DNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate Tier 1 and mid‑risk cases using Verafin monitoring.
• Determine suspect activity and advise escalation or closure.
• Coordinate with Retail Banking, Fraud, Legal, and Compliance to gather info.
• Issue RFIs to validate member activity.
• Write and file SARs and Continuing Activity SARs per FinCEN rules.
• Escalate high-risk cases to BSA/AML leadership immediately.
• Support 314(a)/(b) information sharing and maintain records.
• Provide training to junior analysts and stay current on regulatory changes.
• Perform additional duties supporting the BSA/AML program.
