You will apply BSA/AML regulations and coordinate with regulators while supporting daily operations and governance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 ½ or more years of banking experience.
• Ability to perform the essential functions and the mental/physical demands of the job.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle with appropriate insurance.

Responsibilities

• Alert Resolution: Review daily transaction alerts to flag unusual cash deposits, structured transactions, or uncharacteristic wire activity.
• Case Investigations: Conduct financial investigations using core banking systems, public records, and customer profiles.
• Regulatory Compliance: Assist in SAR investigations and submit CTRs within federal timelines.
• Customer Due Diligence: Review KYC profiles and perform Enhanced Due Diligence on complex entities.
• OFAC Screening: Clear alerts against sanctions lists during account opening and maintenance.
• Audit & Exam Readiness: Compile documentation to support BSA audits and regulatory examinations.
• Frontline Collaboration: Work with branches to clarify unusual account behaviors and reinforce BSA/AML procedures.
