Job summary

HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union is seeking a Bank Secrecy Act Analyst II to monitor and process BSA/AML activities from Honolulu, HI. You will perform CTR/SAR filings, MIL maintenance, and risk-based reviews while supporting MIP and compliance programs across the credit union.

The role requires 2–3 years in BSA/compliance, knowledge of financial regulations, and relevant certifications (CAMS/CBSAP) or willingness to obtain within six months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to three years performing the Bank Secrecy Act, Compliance, or Risk related functions.
• Working knowledge of financial institution laws, regulations, and industry practices.
• One or more compliance certifications (e.g., CAMS, CBSAP) – or willing to obtain within the first six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, coordinate, and complete BSA/AML functions (e.g., CTRs/SARs).
• Identify and review members with risk of higher scores; prepare risk-based analyses.
• Assist with BSA objective implementations and MIP programs.
• Perform OFAC screening and 314(a)/(b) tasks within regulatory timeframes.
• Support reviews of subpoenas and unusual activity; provide training support.
