Job summary

Weiler Abrasives Group is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to start by learning processes and operating our semi-automatic press machines. This role offers growth into advanced manufacturing and maintenance positions as you gain brush and abrasive product skills.

Pay rates for day shift vary by experience; perfect attendance can earn an extra $1.00 per hour. We offer training and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age; ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for 8 hours; wear safety glasses, safety shoes and hearing protection.

Responsibilities

• Learn processes and how to operate semi-automatic press machines.
• Grow into more advanced manufacturing roles over time.
• Train and advance within the company through internal programs.
