Job summary

Weiler Abrasives Group is seeking Manufacturing Technicians to join our team. Begin by learning our processes and operating semi-automatic press machines on a day shift.

You will gain brush and abrasive product making skills across departments, with opportunities to move into more advanced manufacturing as set-up technicians or maintenance roles. We value attendance and safety, offering training and advancement within a welcoming campus environment.

Qualifications

• Basic measurement skills required.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and stand for an 8‑hour shift.
• Safety glasses, safety shoes and hearing protection required.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Pay rates for day shift vary based on experience. We provide all training. Those that bring similar manufacturing skills from prior jobs have the opportunity to start at a higher wage.
