Job summary

Weiler Abrasives Group is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to learn and operate semi-automatic press machines, advancing across brush & abrasive product making skills. The role offers training, a pathway to higher-level manufacturing positions, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401k, medical, and life insurance.

Night shift starts at 11:30 PM with a $2.00 differential and perfect attendance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Must be able to speak and read English.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must wear safety glasses, safety shoes and hearing protection.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Pay rates for night shift vary based on experience. We provide all training. Those that bring similar manufacturing skills from prior jobs have the opportunity to start at a higher wage. You can earn an extra $1.00/hour for each pay period that you attain perfect attendance and there is a $2.00 shift differential for this shift.

11:30 PM-7:30 AM Sunday Start.
