The Mimosa House - Curtis Park is seeking an energetic and dependable Busser to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced restaurant environment and being part of a team.

Weekend and holiday availability is required, with operating hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. No prior restaurant experience is required—we are willing to train and help you grow in a welcoming, family-owned setting.

Qualifications

No previous restaurant experience required; training provided.
Dependable, punctual and ready to work.
Positive attitude and strong teamwork.
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment.
Comfortable standing and moving throughout shift.
Ability to lift and carry bus tubs, dishes and restaurant supplies.
Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, patio, and service areas.
Assist servers with pre-bussing tables throughout service.
Refill waters and assist with guest needs when appropriate.
Keep bus stations stocked, clean, and organized.
Assist with opening and closing side work.
Communicate with servers, hosts, and management to help maintain smooth table turnover.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
Jump in and assist the team wherever needed during busy shifts.
