First Watch in Miami is seeking friendly Bussers to support a fast-paced breakfast, brunch and lunch service. You’ll keep tables clean and ready, enable smooth seating, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience.

We value teamwork, clear communication with Hosts and Servers, and a can-do attitude. This role emphasizes fast turnover, attention to detail, and helping create a positive YOU FIRST culture for our guests.

Qualifications

• Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork.
• Clear, clean, sanitize & reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Update and communicate with Hosts & Servers when tables are available for seating.
• Perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes to keep dining flow smooth.
• Signal table readiness to Hosts to optimize seating.
• Coordinate with Hosts and Servers about available tables and seating.
• Assist with light housekeeping and restocking silverware and maintaining restrooms.
