Job summary

Farmers Restaurant Group in Tysons, VA is seeking Brunch Attendants to greet guests and support our service team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will help prepare and serve scratch-made food and drinks, stock buffet stations, and ensure a welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old due to service of alcohol.
• Full-service restaurant experience is helpful, but not required.
• Excellent communication, hospitality and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Will be trained to work cooking stations.
• Keep buffet full and attractive by stocking and maintaining the buffet.
• Respond to guest requests with exceptional hospitality.
• Run food and drinks from kitchen and bar.
• Support the service staff by removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters and taking them to the dishwasher.
• Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining and set tables for next guests.
• Set up and break down brunch buffet area including sweeping and mopping.
• Ensure condiments are clean and full.
• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, vacuuming, tidying up server station, taking out trash.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.
• Other tasks as assigned to keep guest operations running smoothly.
• Full-service restaurant experience is helpful, but not required.
