Hash Kitchen in Fort Worth is seeking an Expo/Food Runner to support kitchen operations and ensure timely, accurate service. You will manage the expo line, verify orders, and assist with plating while maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

This entry-level role offers on-the-job training, a base wage plus tips, and opportunities for advancement through our training program. Benefits include nights off, health/dental/vision coverage, and ongoing hospitality training.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• No previous experience is needed; on-the-job training provided.
• Understanding of food safety.
• Willing to go the extra mile to create the ultimate guest experience.
• Knowledgeable about the menu and products.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the expo line and ensure correct priority of orders.
• Assist in final preparation and plating of dishes.
• Contribute to quick delivery of prepared food.
• Handle guest complaints to preserve the restaurant's reputation.
• Transfer information between kitchen and wait staff.
