Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Brow Waxing Expert (Arch Expert) to maximize sales and guest satisfaction at the Brow Bar. You will perform waxing, tinting, and makeup services, greet guests, and upsell products while maintaining a welcoming experience aligned with Ulta Beauty standards.

Role requires esthetics/cosmetology credentials where required by state law, strong guest service, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law.
• Experience in make-up application; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting is preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet and engage every guest, personalize service to their needs, and recommend products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Perform Brow Bar services including waxing, tinting, threading, and related treatments.
• Book guests’ appointments for initial and return services and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in the Brow Bar and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with store team and brand partners to promote events and promotions.
