Ulta Beauty is hiring a skilled Arch Expert (AE) to maximize Benefit brand sales and deliver superior guest service in-store. The role requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license and the ability to perform Brow Bar services like waxing, tinting, and threading.

You will greet guests, assess needs, demonstrate products, and book appointments while upholding store safety and standards. The position emphasizes teamwork, ongoing brand trainings, and maintaining an engaging customer experience

• Book appointments and manage the Brow Bar flow.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness; assist with inventory and merchandise resets.
