Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales and deliver exceptional guest service through makeup, skincare analysis, and brow services.

You will perform waxing, tinting, and lash applications, while building an active client base and supporting store events. A cosmetology or esthetics license is required where applicable; flexibility for a full-time schedule is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and brow/facial waxing and tinting preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment used to perform beauty services.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests and tailor services to individual needs.
• Perform brow services including waxing, tweezing, tinting, and lash applications.
• Book appointments and manage service flow; maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with store team and brand partners to drive sales and events.
