Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert (Arch Expert) to drive sales for the Benefit brand while delivering tailored guest experiences in the Brow Bar. You will perform waxing, tinting, and makeup applications, educating guests on products and services.

Must hold a Cosmetology or Esthetics license where required by state law, with strong communication and a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends. Training and growth are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law
• Experience in makeup application and waxing preferred
• Proficiency with beauty equipment and tools

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals
• Greet guests and personalize service to their needs
• Perform Brow Bar services: eyebrow and facial waxing, tinting, and related services
• Book guests’ appointments for initial and return services and events
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand standards
