Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and brow/lash services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests and personalize services to their needs.
• Perform brow/face services including waxing, tinting, threading, lash applications.
• Book and manage appointments using the store system.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
