Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests, performing brow and facial services, and promoting related products. The role requires an esthetics/cosmetology license where required by state law and strong guest service skills.

This full-time, on-site position involves flexible scheduling, training participation, and adherence to safety standards. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $30.00 per hour, with benefits eligible for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in makeup application and brow/face services is required.
• Ability to build relationships and drive guest satisfaction.
• Must maintain cleanliness and comply with safety/hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals and store targets.
• Greet guests, assess needs, and recommend services/products.
• Perform brow bar services: waxing, tweezing, tinting, lashes as allowed.
• Book appointments and maintain service flow and guest experience.
• Maintain stock, signage, and cleanliness of the Brow Bar area.
• Participate in trainings and promotions to support team goals.
