A current esthetics or cosmetology license is required by law in many states, with strong guest service and product knowledge essential for success. The role supports in-store events and ongoing brand trainings.

Qualifications

• Experience in makeup application; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting is preferred.
• Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work.
• Demonstrates significant competency in sales, products, and service.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet and engage guests; personalize service and recommend products and services.
• Perform brow and facial services at the Brow Bar.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store events and promotions.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand standards across the Brow Bar and surrounding areas.
