Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert (AE) to maximize sales of the Benefit brand by delivering personalized services, makeup applications, and brow/eyebrow waxing in-store. The role requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license and a customer-centric approach to service, with strong product knowledge and sales skills.

You will support the Experience Manager, engage guests, and contribute to store goals through service and retail excellence, while adhering to safety and brand

Qualifications

• Experience in makeup application, eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment used to perform esthetic services.
• Strong sales and guest-service skills with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals and store targets.
• Provide exceptional guest service; greet, engage, and tailor services to individual needs.
• Perform brow waxing/ tinting and makeup applications to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Book appointments using the schedule system for initial and return services and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Brow Bar and related areas.
• Participate in brand trainings and in-store events to promote services.
