Job summary

Qualifications

• Active license in Esthetics or Cosmetology as required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and brow services preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform brow and facial services and professional makeup demonstrations.
• Greet guests, assess needs, and recommend products to drive sales.
• Maintain Brow Bar cleanliness and comply with safety and hygiene standards.
• Book and manage appointments; participate in in-store events and promotions.
• Collaborate with store team to achieve sales and service goals.
