Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales and deliver exceptional guest service. This role performs brow waxing and related services, guides guests in product selections, and books appointments to drive service and retail revenue.

The position requires an active Esthetics or Cosmetology license and a strong ability to learn product knowledge and industry trends, while maintaining a high standard of hygiene and guest care in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or required by state law.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience in makeup applications, eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and brow tinting preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment used to perform technical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalized recommendations.
• Perform brow waxing and other short services in Brow Bar.
• Book and manage appointments for initial and return services and events.
• Maintain clean, exam-ready Brow Bar and stock levels to hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with store teams and brand partners to promote in-store events.
