Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Arch Expert to maximize sales for the Benefit brand while delivering exceptional guest service in a Brow Bar setting. You will perform waxing and tinting services, advise customers on products, and manage appointments within a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license where law dictates, strong product knowledge, and the ability to build lasting guest relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience with makeup application, eyebrow waxing, tweezing, and tinting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet and engage guests, personalizing service to their needs.
• Perform brow bar services including waxing, tweezing, tinting, lash applications.
• Book guest appointments using the store system.
• Keep Brow Bar area replenished, clean, and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Stay informed about new beauty trends and products to better serve guests.
