Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals and store targets.
• Greet and engage guests, tailoring service to their needs and recommending products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Conduct brow bar services including waxing, tweezing, and tinting per policy.
• Use the appointment system to book initial, return, and event appointments.
• Maintain compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and safety standards.
• Keep the Brow Bar area stocked, clean, and organized.
