Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals and related store targets.
• Greet guests, personalize services, and recommend products and services.
• Perform brow waxing, tinting, and makeup applications to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments and manage Brow Bar services and events.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand standards across the service area.
