Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state.
• Experience in makeup application, brow/ facial waxing, tweezing and brow tinting preferred.
• Strong sales, guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests and personalize service to their needs.
• Perform brow waxing, tinting and related services.
• Book guests for initial and return services and events using appointment system.
• Maintain cleanliness and supply of Brow Bar and work area.
