Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Arch Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales at the Brow Bar, engaging guests, assessing their needs and performing waxing and tinting services while recommending products. You will greet guests, book appointments, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience with makeup applications and brow/facial waxing is preferred.
• Proficient with equipment needed to perform technical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals and support store targets.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and suggest complementary products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Conduct Brow Bar services including waxing, tweezing, tinting, and threading as allowed.
• Book and manage appointments and assist with events.
• Maintain brand standards, hygiene, and stock in the Brow Bar area.
• Collaborate with teammates and brand partners to grow business.
