Job summary

Ulta Beauty in California is seeking an Arch Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests, assessing needs, and performing brow bar services such as waxing and tinting. You will support the Experience Manager with a focus on service, guest experience, and adherence to procedures.

The role requires an active Esthetics or Cosmetology license where required by state law, a strong guest service mindset, and the ability to drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license as required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and brow/face waxing and tinting.
• Strong guest service and sales skills.

Responsibilities
