Manpower, Inc. seeks experienced MIG Welder in Brookshire, TX to join a manufacturing team supporting early builds and validation. You will read blueprints, weld using GMAW/MIG and RSW processes, and help shape fixturing and setup for daily production.

The role requires 1–3 years of MIG/RSW welding in manufacturing, strong English communication, safety mindset, and teamwork. This hands-on position offers a day-night rotating schedule and growth through hands-on technical execution.

Formación

• 1–3 years of Resistance Spot Welding (RSW) and MIG welding experience.
• 1–3 years of experience operating in a manufacturing facility.
• Ability to work accurately and thoroughly.
• Strong command of the English language; safety-minded and team oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, welding symbols, BOMs to accurately create equipment and products.
• Design and build basic and/or complex structures, supports, or framework for daily execution.
• Weld using GMAW/MIG and RSW processes.
• Use handheld tools and measurement devices (calipers, weld gauges, tape measures).
• Maintain inventory and fixturing to meet geometric requirements with quality and safety.
