Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required under federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and service providers by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and resident concerns calmly and professionally per site protocol.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor activity, and report suspicious conditions to site contacts.
• Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs per Allied Universal procedures.
