Reporting to Head of Acquisitions, this role is a key member of the acquisition team, building pipelines and evaluating opportunities. You will generate leads, cultivate relationships with NYC property investors and owners, support due diligence, and help close transactions, leveraging industry contacts, market research, and strong Excel/PowerPoint/Argus skills in a

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of the NYC real estate market and submarkets.
• Relationships with Brooklyn landlords and brokers are required.
• Transaction experience in NYC is a major plus.
• Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Argus experience preferred.
• Real estate underwriting, valuation, and due diligence experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deal sourcing and transaction screening.
• Generate investment leads through consistent phone prospecting, networking, and research.
• Create property and investment summaries.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, property owners, and other market participants.
• Conduct real estate market research.
• Compile detailed databases of property owners and transaction details.
• Support property-level due diligence and transaction closings.
