Qualifications

• 2–4 years of prior experience in real estate financing or acquisitions.
• Experience with deal execution, including underwriting and transaction processes.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience interacting with brokers, lenders, and investors.

Responsabilités

• Source and evaluate on-market and off-market commercial real estate deals throughout the NYC metro area.
• Build financial models and underwrite potential acquisitions and projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and lenders.
• Help drive transactions from beginning to end, including offer submission, coordinating diligence, managing third-party reports, and closing.
• Contribute to debt and equity structuring, prepare lender and investor materials, and coordinate with capital partners.
• Produce investment memos, market research, comp analyses, and other pertinent documentation for investor review.
• Help oversee business plan execution after projects are completed.
• Maintain performance tracking and forecasting.
• Prepare investor and lender updates.
• Support refinancings, recapitalizations, and dispositions.
• Assist senior leadership in pertinent discussions with investors and lenders.

Prime Rok Real Estate is seeking an Associate to provide support across acquisitions and asset management. The Associate will work directly with deal leads, brokers, sellers and senior leadership - underwriting new opportunities, executing transactions, and driving project/business plan performance across a growing and diverse portfolio across several asset types in NYC.

Responsibilities

Acquisitions & Capital Markets

• Source and evaluate on-market and off-market commercial real estate deals throughout the NYC metro area.
• Build financial models and underwrite potential acquisitions and projects.
