Fidelis Care is seeking a Health Benefit Representative to educate and assist individuals enrolling in NY State of Health Marketplace plans, including Medicaid, CHP, EP, QHP and HARP. You will explain eligibility, tax credits, and cost-sharing reductions, and guide customers through document submission.

You will also educate on Fidelis digital tools, describe plan features, and support renewals while maintaining accurate CRM records and presenting at public events.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in managed care, sales, customer service or related area.
• Basic computer skills.
• Public speaking experience required.

Aufgaben

• Educate individuals about enrolling in NY State of Health Marketplace plans (Medicaid, CHP, EP, QHP, HARP).
• Explain eligibility, premium tax credits and cost-sharing reductions.
• Educate members on Fidelis digital tools like member portal and mobile app.
• Describe plan features, deductibles, co-pays and coinsurance.
• Assist with document submission via scan, fax or mail.
• Support renewals and recertifications for existing members.
• Conduct public education activities and participate in ACA events as requested.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on leads and inquiries.
