Blank Street is searching for a detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our Construction team. This role focuses on driving retail buildouts from early planning to execution in our Brooklyn office.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of project coordination experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams. The position offers an annual salary of $75,000–$95,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supporting construction or project-based work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines.
• Clear communication skills with cross-functional coordination.
• Comfort with documenting processes and maintaining records.
• Ability to travel for site visits and field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers and action logs for visibility.
• Support coordination with vendors and architects.
• Track commitments, invoices, and support documentation.
• Assist with tracking long-lead items and delivery dates.
• Conduct site visits and document open items.
• Track permitting submissions and support landlord coordination.
• Schedule working sessions, capture decisions, and publish items.
• Drive punchlist and documentation for handoff to Facilities.
