Qualifications

• Must have 60 college credits completed and be currently enrolled.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Associates or better in Business Administration per posting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit 9th–12th grade students for the Bridge 2 College and Careers Program.
• Carry a defined full caseload of 75 students with documented advising plans for each student.
• Facilitate interactive workshops about college access topics (applications, financial aid, scholarships).
• Support students one-on-one and in small groups with college applications and financial aid forms.
• Provide individualized advising to students and families on college and career planning.
• Write recommendation letters and assist students in securing additional references.
• Establish a comfortable learning environment with clear expectations and classroom organization.
• Maintain and update college access curriculum materials and provide feedback on scope and sequence.
