Qualifications

• At least three years of experience supporting underserved and first-generation students.
• Ability to plan and deliver workshops to students and parents.
• Experience in academic coaching in a high school setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide students through academic transitions and develop readiness plans.
• Provide hands-on support through tutoring, mentoring, and workshops.
