Job summary

Catholic Charities Community Services is seeking a Senior Case Manager for its Bronx Apartment Programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with two years of Case Management experience, or High School Diploma with five years of Case Management experience.
• Two years of experience with mentally ill and/or substance-use population.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to clients living in Bronx Apartment Programs.
• Assist Program Director with office oversight and support program staff.
• Serve as a liaison for all other services required by clients.
