Job summary

ACMH in New York is seeking a Senior Case Manager/Assistant Program Director for the Bronx Supportive Apartment program. You will coordinate case management and assist the Program Director in delivering community rehabilitation services and overseeing operations.

The role requires a Master’s in psychology (or BA with strong experience), expertise in evidence-based practices, and prior work in mental health residential settings. Salary $71,424 plus generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or BA with substantial related experience) in psychology or related field.
• Understanding of evidence-based practices in rehabilitation and recovery.
• Experience in mental health residential settings; ability to lead and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Conducts home visits and psychosocial histories.
• Establishes liaison with psychiatry and coordinates access to services.
• Develops individualized rehabilitation plans with the treatment team.
• Delivers community rehabilitation services and documents progress.
• Provides supervision and acts as Qualified Mental Health Staff Person.
• Ensures compliance with NYS OMH regulations.
