Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or a related field, or a Bachelor's with significant field experience.
• Understanding of evidence-based practices in rehabilitation and recovery.
• Experience in mental health residential settings; ability to lead and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits and assess psychosocial histories and functional skills.
• Coordinate case management and deliver community rehabilitation services.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation plans and monitor progress.
• Assure access to psychiatric, substance abuse and medical services.
• Maintain charts, notes and incident reports per agency procedures.
• Provide crisis intervention and staff coverage as needed.
• Assist Program Director with program operations and supervision.
