Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technology Project/Program Management.
• 5+ years managing integration and API-driven projects.
• 3+ years in Brokerage and/or Wealth Management domain.
• 5+ years in stakeholder management and cross‑functional delivery coordination.
• 2+ years with Pershing or similar brokerage/custody platforms preferred.
• 5+ years working with large Financial Services organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Brokerage and Wealth Management technology initiatives.
• Drive project planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate integration/API work across internal teams and external partners such as Pershing.
• Partner closely with architects, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide clear status reporting and escalation to program leadership.
