Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Software Development Associate Director to lead technology and integration initiatives in the Brokerage and Wealth Management space, based in Charlotte, NC or New York, NY. The PM will coordinate across business, technology, architecture, vendor, and delivery teams.

This position emphasizes end-to-end delivery, risk and dependency management, and strong collaboration with architects, engineers, and external partners such as Pershing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technology Project and/or Program Management.
• 5+ years of experience managing integration and API-driven projects.
• 3+ years of experience in the Brokerage and/or Wealth Management domain.
• 5+ years of experience working with large Financial Services organizations.
• 2+ years of experience with Pershing or similar brokerage/custody platforms.
• 5+ years of experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Brokerage and Wealth Management technology initiatives.
• Drive project planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate integration/API work across internal teams and external partners such as Pershing.
• Partner closely with architects, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide clear status reporting and escalation to program leadership.
