Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare submissions, endorsements, quotations, and policy documentation.
• Coordinate account activity between agents, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring timely execution.
• Manage renewals, cancellations, endorsements, and policy changes with compliance.
• Maintain accurate systems, records, and documentation for policy lifecycle and audits.
• Monitor billing, collections, and documentation flow to identify issues proactively.
• Provide high-quality service to agents, carriers, and internal stakeholders while supporting brokers.
