Our client, a 3PL/International freight forwarder known for robust end-to-end solutions and a reputation for excellence, is seeking a Senior Brokerage Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Oversee international operations
• Coordinate air and ocean shipments, including determining tariff classifications and duty values for entry submissions
• Collaborate with operations, account management, and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop detailed analyses of customized technology solutions for complex needs
• Coordinate and submit Importer Security Filings (ISF)
• Invoice clients, overseas agents, and vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• 3-5 years of experience and knowledge in customs brokerage and global logistics industry
• 5-7 years of experience specifically in 3PL/International Freight forwarding (REQUIRED)
• High energy with a passion for maintaining client and vendor relationships
• Self-starter with strong organizational and presentation skills
