Job summary

Lenmar Consulting is seeking an entry-level Brokerage Ops professional in Baltimore. The role focuses on broker and client communications, margin processing, and risk mitigation in a contract environment.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) and the ability to work in a deadline-driven setting. Hybrid work involves three days in the office, supporting Derivatives operations and client service objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Experience in operations, client relationship management or process improvement.
• Excellent communication with peers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with brokers, internal and external clients.
• Process margin files and ensure all margin calls are met by EOD.
• Ensure successful and timely margining process for all Derivatives related Trades.
• Mitigate daily risk by connecting with clients to request their margin and settlement intentions and monitoring aging margin fails to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Resolution of breaks.
