Fusion Transport is seeking an Operations Support Representative - Brokerage in Nashville to maintain operational efficiencies for a book of business. You will handle load building, scheduling, issue escalation, and capacity securement, working with Carrier Managers to secure the best options and contacting carriers for alternatives.

You will support billing and act as the front-line resource for assigned accounts, driving service quality and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational efficiencies for a book of business (load building, scheduling, issue escalation, capacity securement).
• Collaborate with Carrier Managers to secure best viable options and call carriers for additional options when necessary.
• Act as a link between targeted accounts and sales organization to deliver best service.
• Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed.
• Front-line customer service for assigned accounts; support brokers and account managers with operational tasks.
