The Purpose of Your Role

The focus of the Brokerage Operations Representative is to provide outstanding customer service to Fidelity shareholders by accurately establishing and updating brokerage accounts, initiating transfers of assets into the firm, and all account-related features. Following established processing procedures, you will complete client requests received through various business channels. You will not be responsible for handling inbound or outbound phone calls.

The Brokerage Operations organization is comprised of several middle office functions that support Fidelity’s Wealth and Brokerage associates and Retail end-clients with new accounts, inbound transfer of assets, and account features.
