Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by accurately establishing and updating brokerage accounts and related features.
• Process incoming transfer of asset requests and account-related tasks.
• Analyze account applications and establish various brokerage accounts accurately and expeditiously using multiple systems.
• Initiate problem resolution for items not in good order and communicate with clients as needed.
• Participate in process-improvement initiatives to enhance workflow, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with business partners and external customers via email and phone when appropriate.
