Fidelity is hiring a Customer Relationship Advocate in Covington, KY. The role supports clients via inbound calls, assists with trades, money movement, and online help, and prepares for FINRA licensing through Fidelity's program.

Onsite for one week every four weeks as part of a phased rollout, with ample licensing coaches and training to accelerate growth and career progression within Fidelity's environment.

Qualifications

• Inclination to complete FINRA SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 63 exams through Fidelity program.
• Stellar willingness to learn, retain concepts quickly, and apply them to decision-making.
• Strong customer connection skills for meaningful, resolution-oriented conversations.
• Ability to handle different situations and drive toward appropriate resolutions.
• Growth mindset with accountability and adaptability to evolving roles.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and support Fidelity clients with accuracy and courtesy.
• Handle trade requests, money movement, and online support tasks.
• Prepare for and obtain FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, 63) through Fidelity program.
• Collaborate with team and leadership; participate in ongoing learning and networking.
• Navigate multiple systems and proprietary platforms to resolve client needs.
