Job summary

Fidelity Investments is hiring a Financial Customer Associate in Covington, KY for a full-time onsite role with a structured training program. You will help customers with 401k balances, withdrawals, loans, account maintenance, and education resources, learning through a 14-week cohort.

Shifts Monday–Friday; training 8:30am–5:00pm EST, post-training you work an 8-hour shift between 8:30am–8:30pm EST. No sponsorship for immigration; no finance background required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with 401k balances, withdrawals, and loans.
• Provide education and resources to help customers make informed decisions.
• Handle a variety of calls and escalate when appropriate.
