• Serve as a subject matter expert in regards to Corporate Actions on Equity and Fixed Income products for *** Wealth Management
• Provide incoming phone calls and case management service support
• The associate will ensure the timeliness and quality of Corporate Actions announcements and events (Mandatory, Voluntary, Income Processing, Class Actions and Proxy Voting) that generates appropriate bookkeeping entries for entitled holders, and reconciliation and resolution of residual differences
• Understand and concisely explain complex issues, and processes, such that stakeholders up and down the seniority chain are able to understand issues and processes
