Job summary

The Brokerage IT Support Analyst position in Chicago, IL (onsite) is a contract role focused on production support for Brokerage Capital Market applications. The candidate will work closely with trading business partners and IT teams to resolve issues on the trading floor, including incident handling, change management, and DR planning.

Ideal candidates have strong brokerage/OMS knowledge, excellent communication, and willingness to work some night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Brokerage Production Support Analyst provides desk support across multiple technologies for Brokerage Capital Market apps.
• Supports business partners and liaises with upstream/downstream teams.
• Willingness to work night/weekends occasionally.
• Must be able to work on trading floor at least 4 days per week.
• Strong communication and ITIL incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide incident detection, root-cause analysis, and problem management.
• Monitor production issues and coordinate with global teams.
• Assist with change management, deployments, and DR procedures.
