Job Title: Director of Brokerage Sales (Insurance)

Location: Remote

About the role:

As a Brokerage Director, you will be responsible for driving life insurance distribution by building and managing relationships with independent agents, producer groups, and financial advisors within an assigned territory. You will provide expert guidance on product selection, case design, and advanced planning strategies to support high-value life insurance and annuity sales. You will serve as a trusted resource for producers, delivering training, marketing support, and ongoing consultative sales assistance while working closely with the internal leadership team to ensure competitive and compliant solutions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Proven ability to identify, engage, and onboard high-potential agents and advisor relationships.
• A competitive, results-driven mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced industry credentials (CLU, ChFC, etc.) a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in life insurance wholesaling, BGA, or a similar distribution role.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute growth strategies to expand life and annuity sales within assigned territory.
• Partner with advisors to deliver product guidance, case design, and sales support.
• Develop an expert understanding of key broker-dealers and insurance partners and products.
